Kaindl has nearly three decades of leadership experience at Siemens and Siemens Healthineers, with a sustained focus on technology-driven growth and digital transformation. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Magnetic Resonance at Siemens Healthineers, overseeing major portfolio expansion and the introduction of new imaging platforms and AI-enabled reconstruction technologies. He also led Digital Health Services and was CEO of syngo Imaging Software, strengthening enterprise imaging and IT solutions across radiology and oncology workflows.
