Julie Gralow, MD, has been named one of the 100 most influential people in oncology for 2025, the UW School of Medicine Alumni Association said in a LinkedIn post. Gralow, the 2023 Alumni Humanitarian Award recipient, is chief medical officer for the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).
She spent several decades at UW Medicine and the University of Washington School of Medicine as the Jill Bennett Endowed Professor of Breast Medical Oncology, a professor in the Clinical Research Division at Fred Hutch, and director of Breast Medical Oncology at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
The alumni association congratulated Dr. Gralow on the recognition and her continued contributions to the field of oncology.
