Lynn M. Schuchter Recognized Among The 100 Most Influential People in Oncology in 2025

Lynn M. Schuchter is a medical oncologist specializing in melanoma and a leading figure in skin cancer research and care. She directs the Tara Miller Melanoma Center at Penn Medicine, serves as Chief of the Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds the C. Willard Robinson Professorship in Hematology/Oncology. Schuchter is the immediate past president of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (2023–2024); her presidential theme, “The Art and Science of Cancer Care: From Comfort to Cure,” emphasized integrating scientific innovation with compassionate, patient-centered care.
